Welcome to ZhaiTalk. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and the ZhaiTalk service provider (“we”, “us”, or “ZhaiTalk”) governing your use of the ZhaiTalk mobile application and related services. Please read them carefully. By registering, tapping “Agree”, or using the services, you accept these Terms.
1. Services
1.1 Description. ZhaiTalk provides instant messaging, social features, file sharing, and voice/video calling, as actually made available in the product. We may update, improve, or change features and will try to notify you via in-app notices where appropriate.
1.2 Availability. Laws in some regions may restrict certain features. You are responsible for lawful use in your location.
1.3 Quality. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, failures, or force majeure may cause interruptions.
2. Account registration and security
2.1 Accurate information. You must provide truthful registration details (e.g. mobile number) and keep them updated. We may verify your identity. False or unlawful information may lead to suspension or termination.
2.2 Security. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use and change your password promptly.
2.3 One account. Do not create multiple accounts to evade rules or impersonate others without authorization.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and must not: invade others’ privacy; post false, harassing, or impersonating content; distribute illegal, violent, pornographic, gambling, or terrorist material; or interfere with the platform or other users. We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you create, subject to licenses needed to operate the service. You warrant you have rights to what you upload. Our software, branding, and UI are protected; you may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse them. Infringement complaints may be sent to our support email with evidence.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the ZhaiTalk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
6. Changes, suspension, termination
We may modify the services or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or legal reasons. Back up important data; handling of data after closure follows applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Third-party content and links are not under our control.
8. Governing law and disputes
8.1 The governing law and dispute resolution mechanism should be set by your legal counsel (e.g. courts in your company’s jurisdiction).
8.2 This English version is for convenience; if a Chinese version exists and conflicts arise, your counsel should define which prevails.
